Welcome to our new Curbside Service!

We're excited to offer you this convenient new way to keep your instruments in top condition.

Here's how to set up service:

  1. Click the link below to go to our online service portal
  2. Fill in the fields for the following:
    • Issue Type: What best describes the work you would like done?
    • Detailed explanation: please describe in detail the service or troubleshooting you would like done
    • Please include the BRAND and MODEL instrument you will be bringing
    • Tuning Preference: do you prefer standard tuning? Eb? Drop D? Please include your preferred tuning as it can affect how the setup is done.
    • String Brand/Gauge: If you have a preference, please list it. Or put “supplied” if you are supplying your own strings. We can also make recommendations.
    • Supplied Case: will you be bringing it in a gig bag, hard case, or no case?
    • Strap Yes/No: this helps us make sure if there was a strap on the guitar, it comes back with it
  3. Click “Next” to enter your contact information. If you already have an online account with us, this information will be associated with your existing account. If you don't have an account, you will be sent an invitation to create one once your ticket is created.
  4. When your information is entered, you will be taken to the scheduling page where you can choose a dropoff time and complete your submission.
  5. We will review and confirm your submission, then generate a ticket and schedule the appointment. This is a manual task that will occur during business hours, so your patience is appreciated.
  6. When your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a calendar link you can easily add to your device.
  7. At your appointed time, pull up to one of the 4 spots in front of the shop (if available), or in the public lot across the street then give us a call at 847-888-0000 to let us know that you have arrived.
  8. We can come out and grab the instrument from your car if you prefer, or you can bring it inside the shop. Please wear a mask if you come inside!
  9. When your repair is complete, you will receive an invoice via email. The invoice will contain a link for you to set up a pickup time.
  10. Pay your invoice and set up your pickup. Please note that your invoice must be paid in full before your instrument is released for delivery.
